The Carriage House at River Ranch was designed by award-winning architect, Steve Oubre of Architects Southwest. The Carriage House is an example of Urban Creole design, and is a mixed-use building that includes ground level commercial space and upper level residential space. The building wraps around a hard-scaped courtyard that features lush landscaping, intimate seating areas, a raised pergola, and a dramatic multi-tier fountain. Also incorporated into building design is a parking structure that allows residents and guests to move seamlessly from interior areas to parking spaces without being exposed to the elements.

Carriage House is located in the heart of The Village of River Ranch adjacent to the City Club and Town Square. All residences feature covered balconies that offer views of Town Square or the Courtyard. The balconies are ideal for reading, sunning, and listening to music during our concert series, Rhythms on the River.

Carriage House has only 37 condominiums, each with custom features and finishes. All units feature hardwood flooring in public spaces as well as crown molding and 12 foot ceilings, fireplace in living area, open plan kitchen, stainless appliances, covered balcony, and utility room.
