As we developed our initial plans for the Village of River Ranch it became clear that we should offer our residents and our commercial partners accommodations for guests and clients. In keeping with our philosophy of design and intent to create harmony between commercial and residential areas, we developed three boutique concepts for accommodations that are opening in phases such that the Village is impacted positively, as opposed to a towering traditional hotel tower.

Our concepts include an all-suite product that opened in 2007 at the Carriage House. Located in this prestigious building 21 guests suites are side-by-side 37 luxury custom condominiums allowing both guests and residents to enjoy full hotel services. Currently under design and development are an approximately 60 room project that would be located at Stonemont and Camellia Boulevards, as well as an approximately 100 room and suite project that would be located adjacent to Camellia Commons.

Dedication to quality of product, and attention to detail and service are hallmarks of our hotel development. We are not rushing our projects, but are bringing them online in conjunction with other development in order to limit any negative impact of construction for our residents.
